I am a custom wig maker. All wigs are hand made. You MUST measure your head size before purchasing to ensure the wig will fit you.
I recommend braiding your hair down they way you normally would for a wig to ensure you are getting the right measurements.
Once you have received your wig, there are NO REFUNDS. Only with the following exceptions a refund would be submitted:
- A 15% restock fee is applied
- You must return the wig back in the same exact way it was sent to you. Meaning - ALTERATION TO THE LACE OR THE HAIR ITSELF IS UNACCEPTABLE. - NO Extra hair product in the hair. - No Makeup on the lace. - No Lace glue, Got 2 be, etc on the lace nor hair. - No changes at all can be made to the wig.
If you fail to to adhere to these exceptions, You will NOT be refunded.
